Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
Six14 ships within the United States only. Local pickup isn’t available.
How long do custom orders take?
Production begins after you approve your proof. Custom and made-to-order items ship about 7–10 business days after approval.
Can I return an item?
Items shipped by Six14 can be returned within 14 days. [Add any conditions and exclusions for custom or digital items.]

How do I start a project?
Write to the studio through the Contact page or the inquiry form. We’ll schedule a consultation, then move through concept, proof and delivery.
Is the retainer refundable?
Service retainers are non-refundable — they reserve your place on the studio calendar.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. Many services include a Rush add-on for priority scheduling, shown as an option on the product page.
Do you only work with faith-based clients?
No. Six14 is faith-rooted, but we partner with businesses, schools, teams, ministries and creators of every kind.
