Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

Because printed and custom items are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size or the wrong phone model. Please review the size chart and your phone model before ordering.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
