Shipping & Fulfillment

Every Six14 order is made with care. Some pieces are printed on demand by our production partner, and others are prepared and shipped by us here in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.

Shipping time

Orders typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days. This covers both printed-on-demand items and items shipped directly by Six14.

Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and busy seasons. If you need an order by a certain date, contact us before you order and we'll do our best to help.

Your order may arrive in more than one package

Because some items are printed on demand and others ship directly from Six14, an order with both kinds of items may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal, and there is no additional shipping cost to you. You pay shipping once at checkout, and you'll get tracking information for each package as it ships.

Printed on demand

Apparel, phone cases and other printed pieces are made just for you by our trusted print partner after you order.

Shipped directly by Six14

Paper goods and other in-stock items are packed and shipped by our studio.

Digital downloads

Nothing ships. After checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to download your files. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within an hour.

Custom and made-to-order work

After checkout, we'll contact you to confirm your details before we begin. Custom items are produced after you approve your proof, and turnaround times are listed on each product page. Rush options are available on select items.

Shipping rates and destinations

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and address.

• We currently ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping yet.

• You'll receive tracking by email for each package.

Returns and exchanges

Because printed and custom items are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size or phone model. Please check the size chart and your phone model before ordering.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Lost or undeliverable packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows delivered but you can't find your package, let us know and we'll help sort it out with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't redirect packages after they ship.
