Shipping Policy

Shipping time

Orders typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days. This covers both printed-on-demand items and items shipped directly by Six14 Creative Agency. Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and busy seasons.

Multiple packages

Some items are printed on demand by our production partner and others are shipped directly by us, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. There is no additional shipping cost for this. You pay shipping once at checkout and receive tracking for each package.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered by email after checkout. Nothing ships.

Custom and made-to-order items

We contact you after checkout to confirm details. Custom items are produced after you approve your proof; turnaround times are listed on each product page.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Rates and tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed for each package. Please double-check your address at checkout, as packages can't be redirected after they ship.
